2. Any enquiry, complaint, or dispute related to Privacy Laws;
3. Any legal or other requirement to disclose Personal Information beyond permitted disclosures;
4. Requests from individuals to access or correct their Personal Information;
3. Acknowledge that the Second Party will manage such matters and the First Party will promptly comply with reasonable directions and do all things necessary to assist.
